Pet Policy: We do allow pets on approval. $100 fee Reservation Policy: Reservations are made on a first paid, first confirmed basis. Reservations will only be confirmed after a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is received. Deposits must be received within one week. After that, the space may be released. Balance must be received at least one month prior to the arrival date with the cleaning fee.
